Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any SF Express service point or arrange for a courier pickup to our designated warehouse address in Kowloon.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
